Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP)

A MEWP is used to elevate workers to a desired height to carry out work.  The main types of MEWPs are Articulated or Straight Boom Lifts (Cherry Pickers) and Scissor Lifts.  An Articulated Boom is used to reach up and over obstacles, a Straight Boom extends out straight from the platform and a Scissor Lift only lifts on a vertical plane.

We offer certification on MEWPs from the following awarding bodies: IPAF, NPORS, CPCS.

We accept SDS Individual Training Account (ITA) funding for this course.
