The Leading a Team Safely Course provides supervisors and team leaders with an essential introduction to managing small teams within the context of Health and Safety in the engineering construction industry. This allows them to ensure workers work on site more safely with lower risk to themselves and others.
This course is certificated by ECITB / CCNSG.
CCNSG Leading a Team Safely
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge to manage small teams within the context of health and safety in the engineering construction industry. This course includes theory elements, with tests being conducted on each. Delegates must hold a valid CCNSG Safety Passport Card to attend this course.
Duration
- 1 Day – Novice Course
- 1 Day – Refresher Course (to renew a current card).
Attendee Numbers
A maximum of 12 delegates can attend this course.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the tests, delegates will be registered with ECITB (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) and issued with a CCNSG Leading a Team Safely Card. The CCNSG Leading a Team Safely Card does not have an expiry date, however, a 1 Day Refresher Course can be arranged in line with a company’s training policy, if required.

This course can take place at our training centre in Bo’ness, West Lothian or on a site, subject to onsite requirements
ECITB Leading a Team Safely
