Central Training Services Limited (CTSL) is an organisation whose purpose is to provide recognised / accredited training. The delivery of this training is through registration with various Awarding Bodies for delegates who have successfully reached the standards required.
This privacy notice sets out how we may collect, use and share information about candidates who have attended training courses at CTSL.
We receive information directly from delegates detail sheets, attendance registers and through other means. We hold and use this information as a data controller (whether on our own account, or in-common with our accredited organisation).
The information which we collect (or are provided with about you) may include personal details, such as name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and awarding body registration number, together with details relating to your training and your registration for, and achievement of, qualifications. Where required by an Awarding Body, we may take and store your photograph. For Awarding Body requirements and for safety and security of staff and clients, our facilities are covered by CCTV with images being stored for a maximum of four months. We will retain this information in our management information system and some information may be held in an online secure database. We will hold this information for as long as is required by the awarding body, for us to use and share it as described in this privacy notice. Unless Awarding Body, legal or contractual issues require a longer period, paperwork hard copies are kept for a maximum of 6 years.
We may disclose information relating to your training and qualifications to employers and third parties acting upon behalf of your employers.

The information which we hold may be checked with you from time to time to ensure that it remains up to date. Should your personal circumstances change, you should notify CTSL immediately.
We do not disclose your information, other than required, to Awarding Body / Regulators.
