Counterbalance Forklift Truck

Counterbalance Forklift Truck

Industrial counterbalance forklifts are the most common trucks used in indoor warehouses and stores, although they can be used outdoors, on stable, even surfaces. They offer straight forward operation and have dual forks at the front of the truck to lift and transport loads.

We offer certification on the Counterbalance Forklift from the following awarding bodies: RTITB, NPORS, CPCS.

Reach Truck

Reach trucks are used in indoor warehouses and stores. They offer maximum lift height with excellent manoeuvrability. The name refers to the ability of the fork carriage to reach out beyond the stabilising legs and therefore ‘reach’ into racking. While excellent for use indoors, reach trucks are not ideally suited to work outside.

We offer certification on the Reach Truck from the following awarding bodies: RTITB, NPORS,CPCS.

Side Loader

Side loaders operate by picking up their load from the side, from the perspective of the operator. They are designed to handle wide (or long) loads that would otherwise be unstable on a conventional counterbalance machine. Side loaders are excellent for handling lengthy materials such as timber, piping and sheets.

We offer certification on the Side Loader from the following awarding bodies: RTITB, NPORS,CPCS.

Telescopic Handler

Telehandlers are utility lifting machines, usually mounted on a four-wheel drive chassis and equipped with a telescopic boom that can provide lift heights over 29 metres. Telehandlers most often are fitted with pallet forks for lifting materials on construction sites, but some models are designed also to handle buckets and other attachments.

We offer certification on the Telescopic Handler from the following awarding bodies: CPCS, NPORS, RTITB.

Rough Terrain Masted Lift Truck

Rough terrainmasted forklifts are ideal for outdoor work, in areas with rough, undulating terrain. They have inflatable tyres with thick threads, allowing stability on uneven ground, as well as a powerful engine so it can reach higher speeds. They offer good manoeuvrability, making them robust and durable.

We offer certification on the Rough Terrain Masted Lift Truck from the following awarding bodies: RTITB, NPORS,CPCS.

Vehicle Mounted Lift Truck

Vehicle Mounted Lift Trucks are usually mounted on the rear of a vehicle or its platform. They can be disconnected and used to off-load their vehicle, often being able to operate on rough ground. They can also be used in places where accessibility is a challenge, such as on construction sites.

We offer certification on the Vehicle Mounted Lift Truck from the following awarding bodies: NPORS,RTITB.
